To valorize the animals to the minimum as well as the local level, better than the standard, in a collective organization, with a regular quality (finish, maturation)
To inform the consumer progressively to wed the customers on the origin and the Gascon breed.
Use the generic promotion of the Gascon breed by the Group Gascon.
The passage by the extranet tool will permit, in relation with the OP, to adjust the offer and the demand better. Many markets cannot be satisfied for want of a sufficient supply, even at a good price.
